Competitive & Development GymNASTICS

Classes for 2026

Gymfinity

A recreational based competition pathway. We attended the first ever event in 2025 and it looks set to be just what we needed in the the Gym For All space. One class a week is all that is required to be eligible to participate in the Gymfinity competition experience. Skill development will occur through your normal class progressing through our colours and stages programs.

Team Gym

Team Gym combines tumbling, mini tramp and dance to create an exciting Team Gym experience. This pathway is available for all ages and abilities, boys & girls, developing skills and having fun as part of a team. Opportunities are vast developing skills suited to individual strengths, performing with friends and trying out competition.

Two classes minimum per week are required to participate in Team Gym. One gym skills class for skill development and another Team Gym class to learn and practice routines.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics

Gymnasts in the Competitive & Development classes learn fundamental skills and shapes which later form the required skills to put together in a routine across all apparatus (vault, bars, beam & floor). Also incorporated are dance, strength and flexibility essential in the performance of gymnastics.

Participation in the Competitive & Development classes is by invitation. However, if you'd like your child to be considered for these classes please let Sacha know. Hours per week begin at 2 and increase incrementally to 4, 6, 8 etc as progression through the levels is achieved. This is required to ensure development and performance of skills is safe enabling appropriate strength to keep gymnasts safe as difficulty increases.
